Our daily cleaning protocol is yet another way we provide a pet boarding and grooming experience you’ll be hard-pressed to find anywhere else in this country, let alone Los Angeles!

  • We clean our floors and surfaces with hypochlorous acid, a 100% natural, chemical-free cleaning product without the toxicity of traditional chemical disinfectants. Hypochlorous acid is safe and kills viruses, bacteria, pathogens, and fungi. It’s an FDA-approved antimicrobial that is 80 times stronger than bleach!

  • We’ve been trained to believe that having clean, germ-free spaces can only be achieved using harsh cleaners that are often toxic to animals. Hypochlorous acid is a hospital-safe sanitizer that is 100% natural which means it is safe for pets to walk on, roll on, play on…even lick (which we don’t encourage, but let’s be honest—dogs like to lick stuff).

  • Hypochlorous acid carries a neutral charge which means it can easily attach to and kill bacteria and germs, which have a negative charge. Fun fact: the FDA mandates that restaurants use hypochlorous acid in place of bleach to clean their kitchens because it’s 100% safe and 80 times more effective when it comes to sanitizing surfaces!
